Integrative Behavioral Home HealthCare is a Psychiatrist-owned and family-run home agency.
We offer non-medical behavioral homecare to adults and children in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware Counties.
We offer a holistic approach by providing person-centered plan of care. We initiate enhanced discharge planning with ongoing medication management compliance and self care management that decreases the hospital utilizations.
We provide non-skilled and skilled nursing services for individuals suffering with behavioral and physical disabilities.
Our goal is to provide our clients who suffer from depression, confusion, wandering, and agitation, the opportunity to stay at home. Our goal is to minimize hospital and nursing home placements. We train our caregivers to recognize problems, respond appropriately and reach out to experienced supervisors for guidance.
Jeanne Spence, RN-BSN supervises our team and coordinates both on-site and classroom training. As a psychiatrist, Rosilyn Smith, M.D. brings 35 yrs of experience and insights to IBHHC. Her goal is to nurture the personal and professional growth of IBHHC personal care assistants.
